Swimming Cuppers – 30th October – 4.45pm
This year’s swimming cuppers (intercollegiate competition) will be taking place at the the Rosenblatt Pool in the Iffley Rd Sports Complex, on Saturday 30th Oct , 4.45pm – 7pm.
What can you enter?
Individual: 100m Individual Medley, 50m Freestyle, 50m Breaststroke, 50m Backstroke, 50m Butterfly
College team: 4×25 Freestyle Relay, 4×25 Medley Relay
How many events can you enter?
There will be a maximum of two individual events per swimmer.
Blues swimmers (anyone currently training with the uni swimming team) can enter relays only.
Relays will be organised on the day, with up to one relay entry per event per college.

How do I get the points?
In each events points will be awarded as follows:
- 10 points for 1st
- 7 points for 2nd
- 5 points for 3rd
- 3 points for 4th
- 1 point for all other positions
Relays will count as double points. All points count towards the college total, to determine the overall winner.
What will happen on the day?
Please arrive at the pool around 4.45pm, to confirm your events in the cafe area. There will be a 15-20 min warm up starting at 5pm. The events will be swum in the order listed above. We will be finished by 7pm at the latest.
